About YPS Malta
Project management for people who want their project done properly, without being on site every day.
Your representative on site
YPS Malta (Your Project Solutions) manages construction and refurbishment projects across Malta and Gozo. We look after the parts that take the most time and cause the most stress: finding and coordinating trades, keeping the budget on track, checking quality, and keeping the site safe.
Our clients include developers, investors, landlords, hotel owners and private home owners, many of them living abroad. What they have in common is that they want a high standard of finish, a clear price and someone they can trust to run the job.
- One point of contact from first visit to handover
- Itemised pricing with no hidden fees
- Strict confidentiality on every project
