Building dust gets everywhere, and the wrong product can ruin a new floor. Our cleaning is done with the surface in mind, so marble stays polished, terrazzo keeps its shine and microcement stays sealed.

Cleaning each surface the right way
The wrong product can ruin a new floor in minutes. We match the method to the surface:
- Marble: pH-neutral cleaners only. Acids and vinegar etch the surface and leave dull patches.
- Terrazzo: dust and cement residue removed gently, then polished and sealed if the finish has dulled.
- Microcement: soft pads and mild cleaners that don't strip the sealer, with resealing where it's worn.
- Porcelain and ceramic tiles: grout haze removed with the right remover for the grout type.
- Glass and frames: paint splashes and silicone lifted without scratching.
Building dust settles for days, so we finish with fine dust extraction from surfaces, fittings and vents. That's what makes a home or hotel room feel properly ready.
Who we work with
Frequently asked questions
Do you only clean projects you managed?
No. We clean after any builder's work, whether we managed the project or not.
Can old terrazzo or marble floors be restored?
In most cases, yes. Depending on the condition we clean, grind, polish and seal to bring back the finish. We assess the floor before quoting.
How long does a post-construction clean take?
A typical apartment takes one to two days. Larger properties and floors that need polishing or sealing take longer, and we give you a time estimate with the quote.
