How to be ready for the 2027 calls
- Get the paperwork sorted now: permits or DNO, ownership documents, and an EPC if the scheme needs one.
- Get itemised quotes so you can apply quickly when the call opens. Many calls fill up or close early.
- Don't start the works too early. Some schemes only pay for works done after you apply or are approved. Read the conditions first.
- Keep every invoice and take photos before, during and after.
